Reporting to the Marketing Director you will be responsible for our Paid Media Channels and Strategy across our group of brands. Working with the internal team and external agencies you’ll ensure that our Paid Strategy is industry leading.

You’ll be a Paid Media expert, able to join the dots between display, PPC and social display as well as organic channels and affiliate marketing, working with internal stakeholders to pull together all of our digital marketing effort.

You’ll be a hands on PPC & Programmatic expert who loves getting their hands dirty in AdWords, Bing and Facebook.

You’ll live and breathe Paid Media – keeping on top of all new industry trends and changes by attending important events and ensuring we are connected to every change that happens in the industry.

You’ll have a core focus on driving down CPAs across the marketing effort of the group and will work very closely with our Marketing Analyst to surface what is and what’s not working.

You’ll be a fantastic communicator, able to efficiently and succinctly pull together reports and reasoning to present to Senior Management.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Planning and delivery of our paid media strategy across our group of brands
  • Managing external agencies to plan and optimise digital media spend
  • Analysing and improving our campaigns based on Revenue, Volume of sales, ROI and CPA
  • Adopt a test and learn approach to optimising our media spend – ensuring you can show value at every step
  • Work as part of the wider marketing team to ensure the delivery of our overall marketing and business goals
  • Work with the Head of SEO to determine the correlation between Paid Media and SEO
  • Work closely with the Marketing Analyst and Performance team to develop a fluid strategy based on stock and availability of product
  • Manage our relationship with Google and Bing Account Management to ensure we’re getting the best from their products and involved in relevant Alpha and Beta testing

The Senior Content Marketing Executive will work as part of the wider Marketing Team in order to develop and implement the Content Marketing Strategy across our portfolio of brands. They will be responsible for championing the brands and work with wider members of the team to ensure all work is carried out in a timely fashion.

Main Responsibilities:
Work as part of a team to:
  • Develop the content marketing strategy across the portfolio of our Brands
  • Develop and implement tone of voice guidelines across the brands
  • Develop, understand and implement marketing personas across the brand, understanding key touchpoints within each customer persona’s journey in order to develop highly targeted, specific content
  • Plan and implement new content ideas and formats from creation through to performance analysis
  • Work with the SEO manager to find and develop new content ideas that will ensure our brands rank for specific keywords
  • Develop and implement a social media strategy across the brands
  • Be responsible for the output of organic media, editing and quality
  • Reporting on outputs using a variety of analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, SEM Rush, Search Console etc.
  • Analyse the performance of yours and others content and make recommendations for future content
  • Work with key stakeholders across the marketing team to deliver a marketing strategy that ensures growth of organic traffic, email database, and bookings for the brands
    Where applicable, identify and build relationships with like-minded businesses, journalists and customers to improve brand awareness and develop PR relationships

We are looking for a passionate SEO Manager with proven expertise in search marketing. Reporting to the Head of SEO you will be responsible for helping to create and implement our organic growth plan over our portfolio of travel websites.

You will ideally be a self-motivated and organised individual with a genuine passion and interest for the digital landscape, and the evolving and changeable world of SEO.

Main responsibilities:

As part of our exciting growth plans we’re seeking a highly skilled individual to join our growing Performance Team at Head Office.

Your Role:

Support the Performance team to monitor and analyse our booking data. Compare against industry pricing strategies and competitor activities to inform and develop our own, responding to changes as required within appropriate lead times. Work alongside Property Managers and Owners to present industry trends and interpret these to meet business and owners’ needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out the addition and maintenance of prices, special offers/amendments and report on figures.
  • Liaise and accompany PMs and /or Owners on appointments to discuss pricing and follow up accordingly, recording results.
  • Communicate discount campaigns to Property Managers and Reservation team.
  • Support Performance team to analyse property booking data to develop and execute pricing strategies to maximise booking yield and respond to variances in the marketplace.
  • Assist in pricing strategies within portfolio and competitors to ensure our own pricing structure remains competitive in the marketplace.
  • Monitor and analyse return on investment and profitability of all promotional campaigns and yielding decisions, presenting suggestions and learnings for future activities.
